Good explanation of the dynamic load test...but the info is incomplete....we cant free fall the dead load from above 3 meters....how we adjust proper height for which the design load is fullfiled

Strain gage at 90deg to compensate biaxial bending and 2 accelerometer at 180 deg should be fine, since accelerometer is insensitive to bending.

A pile of 70 grade concrete was mistakenly casted with 45 grade concrete. Dynanic tests was conducted on it and test results found to be ok. Can it be interpreted that 45 grade concrete was sufficient?

Suppose we want to test a pile for 800 ton...1% dead load means we will prepare a dead load of 8 tons...now from which height we drop the dead load to implement a design load of 800 ton...we cant frop at from beyond 3m because the dead weight deviate from center of pile with increase in height...

If there is no support system, there is no need to dig such a big hole.
