Base on google map the distance from the HTC to property is around 50 meter + - ( the closest unit to the HTC) Great video by the way !

Based on this video, one can roughly estimate, so not necessary to measure for each development. Unless the condo is literally right beside, 10m away, then yes, have to be concerned. Otherwise, based on estimation, if it's similar to this or further, then it's perfectly fine. Again, risk is higher from household appliances!
