Who ever wrote the script for this story and movie should get an award. The acting was superb by the cast, especially Maurice Sam, he answer my sentiment in this movie about doing wrong and then asked for forgiveness doesn’t wash with me. How Maurice executed his role was so righteous and touching, I don’t think anyone else could do it better. The healer was on top of is game also. This movie is so moving and positive inna humanitarian way. I want the world to know African have some Alternative natural healers that truly works. Well, that did not turn out the way i expected! 😂😂I expected fire and brimstone and serious revenge. When Amanda had the accident i thought "And so it begins!" But I should have known better! Maurice Sam 's movies are about changing our perceptions and stereotypes! Lasisi's words "I will not change who i am because of these people's evil and turn into one of them". And Baba's words "Lasisi's hands are as pure and as clean as water". Hmm. Still, what pains me the most in such situations is how quick the offenders expect forgiveness when the tables have turned. In my language we have an expression that says "It is the axe that cut the tree that forgets; the tree that was cut never forgets". Im all for forgiving - in my own time! 😂😂 - but forgetting? It will take a lot of prayers. Lasisi of course was the bigger person. But Amanda - how the mighty fall! The very person you despised and looked down upon as nobody is the very person who will save you and hold your life in their hands. It always comes home to roost! The very people you tremple on, on your way up are the very same people you will meet on your way down. Kudos to the cast and producers. 🎉🎉🎉
