"Premieres in 10 hours" I have a feeling I know what's gonna happen with the singing dinosaur based off the (like Billy Bass), so it's the second toy besides Elmo to go nuts with high voltage (I don't count Elmo as it didn't do much, I'd put it in the same category as bounce bounce Tigger on the Cskirt channel, another good high voltage channel.)

0:11 - 0:12: I think I had something similar to that when I was a kid… I think… it wasn’t this one though, maybe it could’ve been a dog one where its laughter sound might’ve been a bit more maniacal than this one’s laughter… I think… or something… Idk. But I don’t think mine could’ve had some sort of sensor hole thing on the belly of it… I think… I think it was either a button on the plastic shell that was covered by the plush fur around the plastic shell’s exterior or a sensor inside the head of the toy… I don’t remember… maybe it was about 12 years ago… I don’t remember or something… Idk.

@@Francyesko I believe empirically that if a video of the toy has already been uploaded on youtube by someone else and the video is for children, then the toy will need duct tape for the eyes. (There are more detailed requirements, but I'll spare you.) I can't research it completely, but from what I could find, Hello Kitty toys did not meet the above criteria.
