okay so here's how I think it should be low sens= speed mousepad high sens= control mouse pad small mouse pad = high sens larger mouse pad = low sens if you feel lost as to where you should be (ex: barely starting the game and don't know what sens to start with) u can use the PSA Method Calculator, there's a few websites for it. For 800 dpi from what I remember it was .35 for base sens and for 1600 it's .175 and u get the point. Any1 got questions feel free to ask fr.

You should use the arm for flicks and the wrist for micro-adjustments. It shouldn't hurt at all, try holding the mouse softer or changing your grip slightly

This is coming from someone that been using that 1600dpi and 0.2 sens for like 2 years now and was using 1600dpi and 0.4 sens for a time being as well You can be precise with both low sens and high sens only difference is amount of time you put in for aim training and all that Cause after I was quite consistent with my aim labs where I did it before every game I was quite good with sheriff in fact it was one of my best guns. sure low sens is good for being more precise but everyone has their own unique sens that is meant for them and I mean i play against ascendants and immo so its not like im playing against bots and whenever ppl ask what my sens and dpi is I tell them but I also tell them that they shouldn't use my sens since this is my sens i played countless hours in and aim trained with

i use low sens for many years on cs, i just play val like a month ago (peaked D1 rn) i changed to high sens, idk its just perform better on me, but i dont reccomend it for a newbie whos just getting into pc games bcs they dont have good mouse control

My old sens used to be 0.7 on 800 dpi, i was kind of new to valorant at that time so I didn't really know if sensitvity mattered that much, I just used it cause i was comfortable for it. Well, with that sensi I was hardstuck on bronze for a whole YEAR. After that when the next act started I changed my sensi to 0.2 on 400 dpi. It felt really slow and scuffed at first but I got used to it quick and it helped me rank up from bronze to gold 2 in two acts. In my opinion low sensitivity really helps new players to get better even if there will be pain at first.

As a duelist/jett main my main problem with low sens is when entering and dashing into site I can't barely flick to check corners and when the round gets chaotic its a pain (1600dpi and 0.08sens)

I have been using 400dpi and 0.5 sens for a long time and its almost similar like 800dpi with 0.2 or 0.3 sens. I personally prefer low sens over higher because I like hitting precise headshots and it feels easier for me to kill enemies(maybe just because I got used to this sens) whenever I feel like I have to clear an angle then simply increase my dpi to 600 and switch back to my original one when its done. I have built a habit of this so I'm used to it.

Sens is a completely personal thing. Your sens needs to be something that you're comfortable with. It needs to be like a glove in your hand, you need to know where your aim will be when you move certain amount with your mouse. If your arm or your hand feel pain when playing, something is off.

Medium sens i like best, best of both worlds. too low what ya gonna do if like raze flys over behind you ya dead, too high will be rather difficult to do small movements. like edpi of 204 seems just right can look behind with one long drag along mouse pad which is around 0.26 for 800dpi

itts due to the low hz in your mouse, your mouse is probably 125 hz, get a new mouse with 1000hz and ull be good, there is plenty depending on your budget

True to some extent but not completely, it just comes down to how much mouse control do u have. Pros like Tenz change sense every day but his performance stays intact .. with high sens you can do godly flicks and if u main duelists you should have at least 320 edpi or above, faster turning helps
