A simple way to understand it (mota mota ATM delta is 0.5). So if spot price is more than 30% of first 15m candle high (ORB high) buy a ITM CE. And vice versa (30% down from ORB low). No need to keep the XL sheet. This can be seen as a modified ORB strategy for Options buying.

6 years means approx 1400 days per lot brokerage plus if we take approx 200rs then 2,80,000rs would be brokerage alone. Does this seem reasonable calculation?? Execution errors and slippages and Tax also needs to be considered.

This strategy is not much helpful in sideways market. Almost every time sl hits due to decay. In trending markets its always helpful and useful.

Trade will enter as soon as market price crosses your trigger price, and trigger price is the price that you calculate by adding 15% to ce and pe at 9:30 close

This sounds like a good breakout trading strategy. Rather 15%, I would prefer doing it at a breakout. A bit of automation using python can add stars to the strategy. So determine the levels of the sideways market like a darvas box and then shoot legs when a level breaks and stoploss for one leg becomes buy trigger for other leg. If anyone interested, I can code this for you for an affordable fees.
