lol. looks like a classic late flare, kelsey covered this a few weeks ago. half a flare at the right time, then tried to do a second flare, but the late second flare only has the effect of driving the tail gear directly into the ground. late flares actually increase the force, rather than reducing it. fine recovery to prevent bouncing tho, an acceptable rollout despite the too-late flare.
