Thank you for your work! Reviewing your videos before my CK. One update they made in UWorld-do CT even if appendicitis diagnosis is obvious. Some new guidelines now require CT before surgery. In case of app abscess-no surgery, just drain and stabilize

Just did the recent nbme and the answer was surgery even before CT. So no, not always CT is indicated for diagnosis. Clarification for those who will take ck in 2023 and beyond.

@11.29 Gall stone lieus can cause air in to biliary tree means in CBD, cystic duct, Gall bladder lumen,intra hepatic biliary ducts Not in GB Wall(Vs Emphysematous cholecysitis can lead to air in GB wall).Rest of the video is too good .thank you very much for ur contribution..

colonoscopy is now done at 45 Yo and redone every 10 years if FH of colon CA, then at 40 Yo or 10 years younger than the age of family member dx - whichever comes first
