Higher education in USA vs Canada

Hi again Cambridge university, my english is about B2 level and need to improve it to C1 level in most 2-3 month, I have been taking notes about the words I haven't knew but when I write all of them it really takes my all time and also I have to memorise them, do you have any suggestion, books or something like that, thank you

At C1 level, it's a good idea to immerse yourself in English as much as you can by listening to podcasts, watching TV or films and reading a wide variety of texts (novels, newspapers, blogs, magazines, etc.)
