Higher Education - Who Should Pay For It?

T. Boone, Preston Hollow elementary, which is close to where you used to live, is currently education their kids on the importance of college graduation. When I was growing up, there wasn't a single teacher who talked about college. The current generation of teachers, at least in the PH feeder, would provide a good conversation on what they're doing to prepare students for the future.
