Omg im exactly the same i dont like artifical lighting either, i thought i was the only one!! Its not a phobia its just, like if it's night time and i can do what i need to do with just the light from the monitor, i would prefer to do that than turn the lights on and flood the room with light from the bulbs. Or if its early morning, id prefer to sit in a darker room than turn the lights on for more lighting. I totally get it Jordan.

This ended up being on of my fav podcasts you've done so far! Amazing job guys! Honestly, after listening to this (and while listening to this) realized this isn't so much an episode and discussion about training or trainign style, or diet or prep or bodybuilding, but this was (at a Meta level) all about mindset, creating positive feedback loops which form constructive habits and processes that when put in place allow a person to advance forward in any task that they want to advance forward in. This was a chat you two had basically about self awareness, self mastery, self discovery! Yes it was understanding those things and implementing them under a bodybuilding lens, but really take this podcast and how you talked about it, and it translates to any other aspect in life. This right here is the answer to "what has bodybuilding taught you" and "how does bodybuilding help you in other aspects of your life" ... IMO its not so much bodybuildng per se that helps, but the MINDSET you grew inside bodybuilding, that's what's key. (its like the metaphor of college, its not what you learn, but the process to learn). great podcast, you guys need to do more together and be even more meta with it, that is fasicnating to me.

Great episode Sir. Jordan and Corinne are two of the most hard working, dedicated, inspiring and friendly people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting (albeit very briefly), but their attitude through life in general always appear exemplary. It would be great if you could get them both on together because their dynamic in how they Motivate each other and bounce of each other is so good and I’m sure would make for great listening, having heard a couple of podcasts they’ve done together before. As always, health, wealth and happiness to you all.🙏
