Thank you Lincoln!! It was amazing, fascinating !! Before the Higher Spirit asked to trace a line from the first chakra to the middle of the brain I have have felt a sudden connection brain-heart-1st chakra, it was like a channel opening and than the breathing through the all chakras was very powerful with a slight tension all over the body. When I had to touch with the tip of the tongue the roof of the mouth I felt fear, contraction on the shoulders which disappeared and clearly felt the energy along the spine up to the middle of the brain. I saw colours but not defined forms, yes darkness n emptiness. When I came back I felt different, open the eyes and the colors of scenery in front of me were brighter and a wave of extreme peace within and without was all over me and stayed for a while. I have done this meditation 3 days ago and still feeling the impact in the brain(but I can’t describe exactly the sensation) physically and mentally……..very very powerful ! Thank you so so much I am grateful to the Universe I find you and your teachings! May your words/teachings spread on Earth and heal the humans race! Thank you😊🙏💚

The first half, I was gone, perfect peace. That was great in itself. I have no reference for the images that appeared in the 2nd half. I viewed a beach, with a canoe like boat inside of a grass hut, with large birds walking around. I have never been in such a place. I don't plan to ever be in such a place. It will be eerie if it ever comes to pass.

This is very powerful. Thank you so much. I have aphantasia so I can't see anything in my minds eye. I do have very vivid dreams though. I think I could see non-physically as a child, but may have somehow shut this ability down through fear. Do you think practise of this meditation is enough to allow me to see again, or is there something else that could help?

Interesting. I have never heard of aphantasia before, but now I am wondering if I have the same thing. When my eyes are closed, I just see blackness and perhaps some colors but I never see any kind of image, even when thinking about people or places I know. This seems like something that is hard to figure out, especially when you don’t know what you are supposed to see when your eyes are closed.

@@Ascend_in_the_Shift I see blackness too. I can meditate to the point where I can see a purple circle, like a portal, which is present with my eyes open or closed, but that is it. If I try to visualise a person I know, I have a vague idea of a certain photograph of them, but not really an image. I think we have to visualise in a conceptual way. Having no visual imagery impacts a lot of things, especially my memory. On the other hand, my feeling senses are heightened, and I am sensitive to energy. Also I am not distracted by images during meditation.

@@dreamcheese4496I also see a purple portal, and sometimes it’s yellow or golden inside. Perhaps you’re right and that visualization is more conceptual. I’ll keep at it!

@@Ascend_in_the_Shift I tried to find out what the portal was. I think it is perceived by the third eye rather than the minds' eye. Also I read that you can go into the portal. I think I am too tethered to the body to do this though.

What does it mean when I can't see? 😢 I've been trying for almost 3 years. Even when I dream, there's no pictures. 😢 I just don't get it. I know I'm clairvoyant I feel it deep in me but yet nothing. I'm really confused. And sad 😢 Thank you. ❤

You ARE the feeeeling. You are in charge of the way you feel. It is not about the video or even the content. The whole point of this is the complete demonstration of the absolute fact that you are the ONE source of your experience. You are one with God. If you want to feel something then make that decision and bring you consciousness fully into your body and just start feeling. You are God. No one can do this for you. Not this video. Not this man. I love you and I wish you abundant happiness! 🎉❤ you are free. You are limitless. You are. 🎉❤

@@theperfectdesignoflife Yes-I know I’m God. I’ve had some spontaneous out of body experiences. The most powerful one where God took me out of my body to show me physically (& psychically) exactly what needed to be healed! Others where I met my higher self & those were THE MOST AMAZING (altho not as awesome as God w/me). 🙏🏻The belief I’m God is not the point. The point was I felt no particular energy movement or anything very powerful during this meditation…I was surprised because I meditate daily & usually experience amazing things-but not this time. But thank u for ur comment…BLESSINGS RIGHT BACK TO U🙏🏻😇
