I would not be shocked if Luffy's bounty simply says "Wanted DEAD". The World Government knows there is very little that can stand in the way of that power Luffy now has. Let me make it clear there are still 2 MASSIVE fights left in the series to go Straw Hats vs Blackbeard Pirates, and even more insane Great War (Straw Hats and Allies vs The World Government). The Great War is going to eclipse everything because its not gonna just be the Straw Hats fighting them, but also the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, Fishman Island (and problably with Neptune Weapon alongside them), Wano and forces, Zunisha, The Revolutionary Army, and countless islands that know Luffy and crew are the good guys and side with them. And it would not shock me if the final battle happens at Laugh Tale Island.

He may not have a bounty, reason why is because he’s really mainly infamous for being the founder of the revolutionary army and obviously being powerful enough to be, but I think the bounties really go to the officers and the revolutionary army themselves because as it’s always seemed, they do all the work and dirty work. I think Dragon has always just organized and called the shots, meaning everything that’s been done by the revolutionary army was actually done by his organization members rather than him himself. ya know, i just realized something that would solve the biggest issue some people have with awakened luffy. if people believe that if luffy is a "chosen one" because of the mythical zoan fruit, what if there were multiple failed joy boys in the 800 year absence? people who got hold of the fruit, perhaps had the potential to be the next joy boy, but were either killed or just never awakened the fruit. i mean awakening is suppose to be a tough feat to achieve. it would make sense that while a person has potential, it doesn't mean they WILL reach that potential.

I think Luffy's bounty at the end of the series will be 6 billion+, post-wano, 5 billion seems to make the most sense to me. I think Luffy's bounty can only be greater than Roger's when he actually surpasses him, which is debatable for post-wano whether Luffy did surpass him or not with the awakening of Joy Boy.

My thought after watching this video is for those who don't know, Oda has a thing for word pun and before the true nature of Gomu Gomu no Mi (56) was revealed, it was speculated that Luffy's final bounty will be at most 5.6 billion due to his fruit's name. But now that there is a change to Luffy's fruit name Hito Hito no Mi (110), i won't be surprised that Luffy being the pirate king will have a bounty of 11 billion. So it's highly plausible that Luffy's bounty after Wano will be >5b or at the very least higher than Kaido So we can pretty much look forward to it! Maybe in another 4-5 chapters and we will have the answers since the fight between Luffy and Kaido has come to a climax! 😍

Crazy theory here: what if woopslap knows all about the hito hito no mi, and that’s why he’s always had a vendetta against shanks. Also something incredibly overlooked, buggy’s devil fruit and luffys devil fruit actually look incredibly similar, as if buggy also has a god tier fruit that shanks is technically responsible for. It’d also be ironic and a duality that buggy got a fruit that was worth more than any treasure, but almost died for a treasure map. Chop chop fruit awakened is something buggy will probably never reach. Buggy is kinda a clown at using his fruit power. He does prioritize increasing its abilities, kinda a coward even though someone like mihawk would be powerless before him. Basically every sword wielder would be screwed. If I was buggy I’d take my feet cut them, put them in a treasure chest that seals 100% then drop that chest off the side of an island. Boom I now can fly forever 🤮. My fruit power just doubled in terms of utility and delivery of attack. And it didn’t take awakening, simply dropping my feet somewhere I can pick them back up. Could also put on peg feet swords that can be infused with haki. Gross 🤮. It’s better shiki 🤮. You get to fly at will, all swordsmen are powerless before you, can cut Off any limb mid fight since all are armed and kill enemies like yondu udonta. The fact his limbs could become infused with haki and attack from multiple angles is insane, while the main body floats completely out of range of attack. Buggy’s fruit is definitely cracked power level in better hands. Could you imagine how cracked Zoro would be if he had the chop chop fruit? Imagine if he could imbue the ability to the swords, now my swords have unblockable while infused with haki and they reassemble which causes them to further gut enemies like fish 🤮.

Great points. Some internet dumbasses argue buggy’s devil fruit is useless if someone uses haki infused sword attack. Considering the world’s greatest swordsman attacked him with his sword quite few times there’s no way that is the case (back then we didn’t had the visuals for armament haki but it’s confirmed people were infact using haki). Plus if haki infused sword attacks do infact nullify and hurt buggy the devil fruit is useless against any mid to high tier swordsman. The whole point of the fruit will be gone. Oda wouldn’t do completely useless fruit i think. I would like buggy’s fruit to be ridiculously op but just in buggy’s hands lol. Still good point bro.

When luffy used Gomu gomu no human shield buggy’s fruit literally negated the haki even from the sword god of the series. I wonder if buggy’s fruit is like always awakened, and that’s why it’s god tier? All I know is the gomu gomu fruit and the chop chop fruit actually look a lot alike in terms of what the fruit looks like.

Vegapunk is the true mastermind. Kuma is the key!. King is a part of the plan. Kumas DF can send anyone anywere. This means he can send people to and from the moon the moment he became a pacifista. Since Enel can get to the moon, its logical. Kuma has tested and helped the strawhats many times and has connections to Dragon and Vegapunk. King is a lunarian (a near extinct race). We can suggest his origins is the moon from a few things. His silver hair could represent space. His dark skin could be from being closer to the sun. His body has black wings and can produce fire. Maybe this is an adaptation that allows him to move within "space". Sky islanders look similar with small white wings and live in the clouds and have their own faith. So, King was caltured by the marines but managed to escape with kaido. His purpose is to find Joyboy. But Vegapunk would have surely came into contact with such a precious resouce as a lunarian and has the means to place them together. Now as for how king left the moon. Maybe vegapunk had kuma send him down back when kuma was the tyrant. Vegapunks past seems to be around body strengthening. Anyway bed time gn x

(the blue planet is earth, and if you see the comic cuts with enel in it when he goes to the moon (check out the manga tab on this website), you can see writings that say people of beerka migrated to the blue planet because of lack of resources.) the ship schematic that the people of beerka used to migrate is probably the one that tom (franky's dad) had. when the people from the moon (beerka) came down to earth, they accepted everyone to join and use their technology in peace and soon developed into a huge kingdom. however, a secret organization wanted to take the power and authority of the beerka for themselves and started a war. So the Beerka developed three ancient weapons to win the war. the weapons are named the ''Pluton'', ''Poseidon'' and ''Uranus''. Pluton runs underneath the ocean floor to change the tides of the sea to make a shied against enemy ships. ''Poseidon'' ''Princess Shirahoshi'' her ability to summon ''Sea Kings''. Like Pluton and Poseidon, Uranus is a dangerous weapon which can be used to rule the world or, in the wrong hands, destroy it. But as of yet, absolutely nothing else is known about it. It was first mentioned during Nico Robin's conversation with King Neptune, when she says there are three ancient weapons that bear the names of 'gods'. the survivors of the people of the moon hide away from the secret organization and take the shape of the half moon D to use as their middle name. (this explains monkey D luffy, portgas D ace, gol D roger and so on) the secret organization that betrayed and destroyed the people of the moon name themselves "world government" and started a project to hide their wrongdoings. 1. they erase the 100 years of history of the war. (the 100 years of history (the void century) that robin wants to find) 2. they send 20 soldiers to the moon to erase any trace or evidence of the people of the moon. (the 20 soldiers that were sent to the moon are later called world nobles and their offspring are treated like kings. this also explains why world nobles always wear space suits.) the survivors of the people of the moon make a small island called raftel so that the secret organization cant find them. one piece is in this island and gol d roger was the only person to find the island. the reason that luffy, ace, roger, and blackbeard are not on the island even when they're all D's is because the people of the moon wanted the world to know the evil deeds done by the government. they wrote on cubic steles made of a currently unidentified, indestructible type of stone (By the Kozuki Clan stone masons) poneglyphs (bits and parts of the 100 years of history) and placed it all around the world and sent out a selected number of their own people (D's) to find it and let the world know the truth. the beerka's (people of the moon) make one final secret weapon while they are on the island of raftel. this weapon's ability is to take the four seperate seas that were divided by pluton, and turn it back in to one huge ocean (AKA ALL BLUE (the ocean sanji always dreams of). because of its ability to turn four sea's in to one, the weapon is called "one piece".

honestly I say luffy going over roger bounty is the best option here. for the simple reason that kaido is probably not the final person luffy will need to face before he becomes pirate king. for right now it fair to even say luffy existence is a bigger threat to the WG than even the yonkos themselves. Luffy existence puts their entire origination at risk if other nation rise up against them if they had some knowledge of the void century. and question to everyone who believe luffy will final bounty will be around 5.6 billion I ask y'all how does it make sense for luffy bounty to go over4 billion after wano, and simple another 1 billion after defeating Blackbeard who most likely will be more powerful than kaido and is also another Yonko.

Just realized something. Luffy originally got his devil fruit powers by eating the fruit Shanks had. So, does that mean that Shanks already knew the secret of that fruit and was trying to be come Joy boy himself. I think after the Wano arc it's gonna be the final arc. It will be kinda like a world war between Straw Hat, Black Beard, Shanks and the Marines. Luffy and Shanks will ally and the Marines and Blackbeard will ally but double cross each other. There's also the revolutionary army. Or probably Luffy won't meet shanks until he becomes Pirate King. I'm really curious on how Oda will end the series though. And how One Piece will answer all of the remaining answers of the world. There's also each of the crew members attaining their dream goals. I'm imagining the manga will run for at least 5-7 years more. lol
