True, but how can you guarantee patches is the only card in the deck? Else warrior could be: Varian Wrynn + 2 inner rage in hand, and have grommash hellscream, leeroy jenkins and (I don't know if best) reckless rocketeer as last 3 cards in the deck. This will put them on the board guaranteed, and with inner rage on gromm, a total of 25 damage, 5 (25%) more than the suggested 20 a warrior can do. My point is, you can not guarantee that patches is still in the deck without help from cards played previously, so it is random in that way :) Unless, everything is standard and not wild (I think)

Unless its some kind of brawl that got special rules to enable it, I dont see that happening ever really. As far as I know, the only way to win on turn 1 in hearthstone is for the enemy to be druid or rogue, and using their bonus mana to play Millhouse on turn one. The followup to that can be different things, for example a mage with 2 pyroblasts and 2 fireballs, or a druid with 2 innervate to play auctioneer and draw through the entire deck. Of course there might be a way that I just couldnt think of, but as far as I know there isnt any other way. Edit: There is a reddit post describing 2 turn 1 kills without millhouse, even if they both include a bit of help from the enemy anyway. They are more theoretical tho, since the chances of those scenarios are WAY lower then an enemy innervating out a millhouse. They are still possible scenarios tho.

It's very different to patches. The difference is basically Holy Wrath needs to get a specific card (Random EFFECT) and Patches WILL summon himself. Yes you can draw patches making 1 less damage but that's general luck not a random effect

druid can actually deal up to hundreds of dmg if you think about it get 2 twilight elder going and keep putting jade idols in your deck vs fatigue , get huge c'thun then use your aviana kun brann c'thun and maybe even put in a malygos with some moonfires

(use a Brewmaster to bounce c'thun back to hand so you can use it multiple times)

You can actually do infinite damage with mage (quest sorcerer antonidas)
