I am in 5 seconds into the video and not just only from the movement and camera movement i can tell this is nowhere near maxxed mmr gameplay, but also from the killer pick itself. No maxxed mmr lobby is playing Onryō. There are maybe two to four players that could rank up Onryō to the highest mmr but those players prefere playing Nurse or Blight, so there's no point. I immediately disliked the video and put it on my DO NOT RECOMMENT list 👎🤦‍♂ (cringe:emoji).
