It would be far more useful to prospective buyers to show the boat in rough waters. Any dinghy is good enough on calm water, performance in waves and wind are what really matter.

We love our Classic 290 but can't change the seat position while fully inflated. Is there a trick to installing the seat in a different position?

(I dont have a boat) At 1:32 you can see how he pops the seat in. Even this looks like it would be difficult when in the water. I wonder if you could use a ratchet strap at the top handles to gently pull the tubes together...?

No but there is a roll up version tho they can only take small outboards
