Hey, thanks a bunch sir! Glad you enjoyed it! And yes, the builders are responsive to what's happening. There's price adjustments being made in the communities. They're also giving incentives toward closing costs, whether it be a rate lock, etc. Along with other programs to help people move into their ideal home, as well. 😊
