as a Michigan caregiver you're not allowed to have more than 150 plants at one location that is against the law you're only allowed to have 72 at a location and that is one caregiver per 72 plants and you're not allowed to do Coalition growing so they were completely illegal that's why they got raided you can't have multiple caregivers under the same roof

Im super pro law enforcement... being a former officer myself, and a family survivor of a sister killed in the line of duty, I'll be the first to admit, I will 99% of the time take the side of the police departments.... but i just can't wrap my head around this one.... look thuggish the mayor and city attorney are... they are elected well above their abilities.... and none of them have a clue whats going on. Assett forfeiture is a thing that happens but it has to happen legally. You cant seize a building, not file charges, not file assett forfeiture proceedings within the time limit and then demand "gimme two cars" in exchange for giving it back.... thats just dumb dumb dumb.

I live in east st louis and also own commercial property , people saw how I had my property looking nice they told me I should ask about a tif grant . So I did felt privileged because they walked me right into the mayors office, he mentioned that I qualified but only one caveat , I had to give him half . You can’t believe how surprised he blatantly said that out his own mouth. Played it cool and just said thank you , I’m need to get my paper work in order . ( never went back 🤣) couldn’t believe the shadiness

This is exactly what happens when citizens vote for a wolf in sheep's clothing. Couple should get the backing of the rest of the town and sue the mayor and the city attorney in state and federal court for the return of the building, lost income, overhead cost and damages to the building while in the cities possession.
