@@JasonSkye yes it is, all leading up to the clan wars, in kind of a weird alternative timeline than the cannon universe. mix tech mechs are more common like my highlander with a clan engine and my second in command with clan uacs in his rifleman

In honor of this mix I have toiled away in the mech bay and have created a new variant of the favored mech of Northwind. Highlander HGN-733E Endo-steel, 14 DHS, 2 PPCs in the right arm, a Snub PPC and a MPL in the right torso, 2 SRM-6s in the left and an LRM-15 in the left arm.

Ok but surely the Gauss Rifle and the jump jets are the defining features of a Highlander. Take the 732b, whack either endo or ferro on there depending on crit slots, use spare tonnage for an extra jump jet or two. Perfection.
