Highlight Cell vs Row

The difference between highlighting a Cell or a Row.
Use Custom Formula rather than the direct option (Greater Than, Contains, Is Between, etc.).
Relative references (no anchors $) will highlight a single cell based on the same or a different column.
Absolute references (using $ before the column identifier) will highlight the entire row.
