They left CUBE Entertainment and now they have their own company. Unfortunately, CUBE won’t let them keep their old name “Beast” (it’s trademarked). They would have to go to court to fight for the ownership of their name, but that would take forever and is really unnecessary. So the members decided to just change their name so they can move on.
