There are many beaches in Los Cabos where it is NOT advised to swim due to dangerous undercurrents, but Medano Beach is completely safe to swim.

I love your video! We will be in Cabo on a cruise in April. Will there be restaurants along the beach that provide chairs on the beach if you eat and drink there? Thank you

Hi! Thank you so much! Yes there are a string of restaurants on the west side of Medano Beach that offer tables directly on the beach, and are privately sectioned off to customers only. Most of the restaurants will have some tables along a patio/deck and some on the beach itself. Some options you could look into are The Office (most popular), Mango Deck, The Hungry Shark, and The Sand Bar. You’ll have great views anywhere you go. Have fun on your cruise!

Ahh I am excited for you! We had a blast there. Definitely take advantage of the Pueblo Bonito Sunset resort if you have the time! You can arrange a shuttle from Blanco to Sunset, which has a ton of restaurants and pools!

I did not go on a whale watching tour, but I did see whales in the distance from the top of Mount Solmar when I hiked it! Not doing a whale watching tour was probably my biggest regret, just make sure you are going during whale watching season!

I think that’s a general rule of thumb, but to each their own, and I personally haven’t read significant cases of shark attacks in the Los Cabos
