@@boogieoogie1727 Zub just didn’t think it was worth bringing up because he doesn’t think it’s some Call of Duty 360 noscope type play. Playing Bubba and downing two people with one chainsaw sweep is probably the most common thing a Bubba can do. I don’t even play Bubba much and I’m 100% sure that I could do the same thing.. especially if they’re both in basement. At that point, it’s impossible NOT to down two people with one sweep. Zub wasn’t being mean in the slightest. To him, something like that just isn’t worth being complimented.. it’d be like complimenting him for tying his shoes. It’s a common occurrence. I personally don’t think he’s being mean.. but maybe it’s because I don’t really take anything a streamer says to heart.

I think it's tied to the speed and which you hold m2 and click m1, similar with blight if you rush and m1 really close to the survivor, it does default wipe animation

You notice how the pallet vaulting animation played twice in kinda glitchy way? That's the game stopping zubat in place and letting the killer catch up. When a game tries to stop the people further ahead from getting too far away (like in a racing game) that's called rubberbanding (imagine the two players being linked together with a rubberband. When they get too far apart, either the back player is launched forward or the front player is stuck). It seems to be happening a lot, you can see it during the chase at the end.

Ok to give a more technical explanation, rubber banding is when your local client differs with the online servers too much, so the game forcefully tries to reset your position to something that the server agrees with, since this is done multiple times in a second it looks like the motion you get when you stretch and let go of a rubber band, hence the term rubber banding

I just wanted to vulgarise the concept so I defaulted to a simple explanation that focuses on the impact it has on the game and why people would be unhappy about it. I should have been clearer on why it happens, I just didn't want to spread information that might not quite be true on the reason the rubberbanding actually happens. It could have been different things, and I don't know which is true. Is the game hosted killer-side and therefore survivors are getting rubberbanded? Is it a server side issue, which would mean killers are also rubberbanded? Does it only happen when a survivor is moving very quickly, because they change position very quickly and there's a greater margin of error for the server? I don't know, so I just simplified.
