If a aparatus come out of bounds, the gymnast don't have to walk out of the carpet. The 3 balls + 2 ribbons final happened in the same day.

How is it that Belarus, Italy and Bulgaria all commit penalties, but it never shows up in the penalty section of the scores?

Penalty Score is any deductions like, out of bounds, going over time and wardrobe or equipment malfunctions....if it's anything like a drop inorganic missed element, then the penalty is taken from the Difficulty Score and the Execution Score. So that's why the "Penalty" section doesn't get a score unless its one of the other mandatory deductions 😉 hope that helps 😃
