As a Canes supporter the Wolves have been an joy to watch this year. Shifting to the Australian conference was a great move as they were unfairly burdened with more travel and flying kilometres than most teams. The players are young, talented and the coaching staff are great.

yes, but after 2010 they had a massive player drain many going to Europe or retiring. Ever since then they have been bottom, although recently with the new coach they are starting to play good rugby again.

Despite his two fortuitous tries, Jesse Kriel continues to suck at 13. I really don't know what anyone sees in him because I can not remember a time when he set a game alight in that position. Also, weren't Bulls fans touting John Mitchell as the guy who would save SA Rugby, yet they continue to play "domkrag" bullshit.

zephanish i thought the same . The crowds at super rugby are very poor. I cant understand it , its the best league in the world. Its glorious to watch . Here in Ireland the standard is no where as good but leinster or munster would never have less than 12000 or big games well over 20000 . Its bewildering to me . Are tickets super expensive?

Brendan Devoy: i have been to the Highlanders-clash with the Crusaders at Forsyth-Barr in Dunedin in march... A good category of tickets cost just 45 NZ-Dollars there, which is about 30€. I dont think thats super-expensive. I have noch Idea what its like in Singapore, but in general the prices dont seem to be the main problem .... Greetings from Germany.

Its actually a Sanzar move to have a location with a favourable timezone for SA teams as well as to take away the home ground advantage from the wolves
