From a Barcelona fan, reffering was really bad. there was stollen 1 on 1, and 3:47 there was deffinately a foul, which didnt bring goal in some unbelievable coincidence

Refereeing in Spain is generally awful, and now they can call me sexist (who cares), but female refs are worse than their male counterparts. Plus, VAR is sorely needed in women's football.

From a Barcelona fan, we got very lucky. First, the two post hits on 25, then the whistle on 84 which should not have been. Happy that FCB keeps their record, but I truly think that Athletic deserved at least a tie game

Stop lying it's not lucky they just didn't take their chance l. The call of the referee was correct parades made a big foul and she whistled for it she can not see in the future unfortunate for bilbao but it was the right call!!

hitting two posts in 10 seconds is not "not taking their chances", and letting the game continue if there is a chance ongoing (as Athletic did not lose possession of the ball) is the common rule as far as I know, even without VAR in place. So I do not take back my words: we got lucky.

@@Teachr. If a foul is commited but the fouled team keep possesion and can make a chance they can get advantage of possesion. Hereby play is resumed. If the team loses the ball withing 5 seconds, the fould is given. If the chance is created no fouls is called and the chance stands, goal or not.

Refereeing in my Spain is, in general, awful... and women refs are even worse than their male counterparts. Anyhow, great to see so many people supporting Athletic Bilbao in the San Mamés, an example for other clubs as well.

The referee made the right call parades bulldozed a bilbao player and the referee made the call to whistle they can not tap into the future to see what hapens next she made the right call to whistle how unfortunate that call might have been.the traveling took a tol on the players they looked slow lethargic ball circulation was slow easy for bilbao to defend we broke them down multiple times before. But we had no energy for this game it seems like the importance of difference makers the queen !!

The call had been correct had it been immediately after the foul. If advantage is given, the play should be played out. Letting the game play on, the bilbao player is back on her feet and in the attack as well. Now the referee has inadvertedly given advantage of possesion. The chance should then have been played out. Goal or not- The striker was through on goal 1 vs 1 with the goalie. Absolutely horrid call. i am even biased for FCBF as I am a norwegian and want CGH and IE to win as much as possible
