Harkes is definitely settling in nicely now. Super excited for the last ten of the season after Leagues Cup, with Nashville imploding second place is looking a tiny bit more solid.

@@fallugaloog Harkes could be the piece that helps us get by Cincy in the postseason. I know I'm looking far ahead with rose-tinted glasses, but we were missing one piece (Borrero would have been helpful) in the match against Cincy. Harkes could be that piece that gives us the edge in the match-up.

A rough first 12 minutes or so. Hate to see people getting injured and the two false starts on the kickoff were just.... bizarre. The constant start / stop nature of the game made it hard for the Revs to gain any consistency at first but once they did boy did they absolutely dominate this game. I would have liked to have seen some of the subs come in a little sooner to get some additional minutes for some of the younger players, and get some more rest in for some of the main guys, but otherwise a top class game. Probably the best game I have seen out of Ryan Spaulding since he has returned from his loan spell. Joshua Bolma looked fine in the time he was on, nothing bad out of him and he could use more minutes to get into sync with the first team players more. Justin Rennicks on the other hand... he is well... he runs hard. He puts in effort. But he just isn't technical enough and I haven't seen enough improvement out of him. Sure, he put in the cross that lead to the own goal to put the Revs up 4-0 but he needs to improve a LOT more technically or I just don't see a future in him. Esmir and Tico did not really have enough time to do much and yet Esmir still banged one off the post and drew a second yellow on Klich, but he still needs to make better decisions when he has the ball at time. Now he IS technical and IS improving there are just little things that he still needs to work on. Tico had less time on the ball but still showed well for himself. Jack had even less time, a couple minutes so there really wasn't much point in bringing him in to be honest. But Djordje had a lovely double save towards the end of the game which is the only reason we walked out with a clean sheet tonight.
