Josh o agreed for the Dutch and French League trophies because they’re both embarrassingly terrible. The Meisterschale however has a crazy amount of detail on it along with jewels. It looks like a shield fit for a king, and a very worthy trophy for a major competition. In Canada we’re used to the Stanley Cup - come on, give us something big and shiny to look at, not a microwave plate! At least if that plate had some design or jewels on it or something - as it is now it’s just embarrassingly plain.

It seems that the League did not think about that from the beginning, they imagined that they would have winners other than the short seasons and that there would naturally be a 180-minute Final, they did this to continue with the 180-minute final plan, unfortunately Cavalry did not show in 2 Games what they did during the regular season (they didn't even score a goal), that's not the fault of Forge FC. From Mexico I do not know which way they will choose in Canada about their Regular Season and their Playoffs, but perhaps they should have 2 Short Tournaments with Playoffs as in LigaMX and that there emerged 2 League Champion Teams, so that every half season they had a value, more expectation in fans and more opportunity for all teams, this time the CPL was a Regular Season and Playoff for 2 teams. :s Regardless of whether they choose the path of LigaMX, MLS, European Leagues or South America, they should play Playoffs with 4 teams instead of just 2 (they are really few teams), that way others die of boredom because there is no motivation to continue, there is not even the Descent to a Lower Division (as in MLS). So either really create 2 Short Tournaments with its Playoffs (4 Teams) and a Champion or create a unique Tournament with its Playoff (4 teams) and a Champion.

Zator (the Calgary player) didn’t win the space. He stuck a leg in when Krutzen was mid-kick. That's why it wasn't a foul. I've seen the same call made in other professional matches. It's always confusing and frustrating for the fans of the player who got kicked (including me when it happened to Jozy Altidore in a TFC match), but that's football.

Unless CPL rules are not the same as any other FIFA/UEFA/CONCAF competition, doesn't matter who "has the space" if you kick the ball before the leg it's no foul, but if you kick the leg before the ball it's a foul. Impossible ofor the Forge player to hit the ball in that situation without hitting Zator's leg prior. Many penalties just like that have been awarded via VAR just these past few weeks in the Italian Serie A.
