The handball is messed up no one knows what's a pen and what's not. But collum is 5yrds away from that and doesn't think that's a penalty. If you watch the replay as the ball was struck he was turned away from goal I.e. inactive. Ball fell to him after Kilmarnock player attempted to play the ball. Same sort of goal stood for man U. Same sort of goal disallowed for Abada vs Livingston. Interpretation of the rules. That's all.
