Mcatee goal was class,need more of that,no more trying to walk the ball into the net. Dempsey great game. Not very fluent with passing but it was a bit of a battle and deservedly a good away win. Keep it up lads.👍

Well done lads. That was more like it. Just goes to show possession doesn’t win you football matches. Goals do. I hope evatt is realising that. Crawley reminded me of us. All the ball and no idea what to do with it and we looked a different team. Macca’s goal was phenomenal and it’s just what he needed. Hopefully we kick on from here but I’m still not entirely convinced that we will. Let’s just wait and see

Good to see we can change tactics and allow Crawley to have the ball and hit them on the break, we should have had 4 at least. It worked because Crawley were so toothless

Ref was a bit shite. Our players’ bookings a little soft, whereas many of theirs got away with worse. Example: When we cleared that corner and Adeboyejo turned his man - bearing down on their centre halves (with Charles spare to the right) he cynically got brought down, no booking for the Crawley player; compare that to Thomason’s booking - desperate attempt to play the ball, he brings down a player just about to hit the first bank (of two sets) of defenders. * Big kudos goes to Schön for his work in the buildup to McAtee’s goal - he never gave it up and followed in for a potential rebound. Collins also did well to get the ball to McAtee (because it was played in behind). The finish speaks for itself though.
