technically speaking there are sellouts, it's probably just that there are other factors such as scalpers overestimating demand or new season ticket holders that only came in for the stadium and are somewhat apathetic.

Really disappointed with how Houston's crowds have turned out. I had high hopes that their new stadium would lead to constant sell-outs... I mean, they have a good team and a great stadium in a fantastic location. Extremely disappointing.
