On Saturday, October 16, 2021, The City of Belleville and the Dr. James Bertram Collip Committee unveiled a monument to pay tribute to the former Belleville resident. Dr. Collip, as one of the four co-discoverers of insulin, helped to save the lives of millions of diabetics around the world. This is a highlight video of speeches by dignitaries.
