I like that there is actually an announcer that can get hype for once, some of these mls announcers this year have been terrible

Brian Dunseth deserves more fans, he occasionally does ESPN games but does a lot of great calls for real salt lake, he’s extremely insightful about the game and one of the coolest funniest guys. And as far as the other guy he just sticks to rsl and yells all the time and it’s hype haha

Glad we win, but wow… giving away shots like that in extra time against 10 men is not the way to manage a game at all. RSL needs some serious game management work.

The ref bottled a decision on a really heavy last man challenge midway through the first half - in the stadium it looked a really clear foul and red card but ref gave nothing. RSL were by far the more positive team, they just couldn't find a final pass around the box. Brody deserved his goal - he was RSL's best player. Austin were cynical, even with 11 men, then when they went a man down were only concentrating on the dark arts. They were unlucky with their missed opportunities at the end, but RSL were definitely good for the win.

Brody is a key player in RSL. Glad he made a goal today! The forwards have to level up though. They haven't scored in ages. Sergio Cordova in particular, he is fast on his feet, the management team seem to trusts him (they put him in every game I've seen), he seems to have a lot potential but lacks the goals for now...

The playing MLS resembles the efl championship how does the Play look to you guys compared to other leagues
@N1ckfurie2 жыл бұрын
That sounds about right. Maybe we are worse in some aspects than championship, but we have more South Americans playing here with adds a unique flair. It is pretty comparable I think.

As an Englishman and lifelong attendee of elite level games, at the very best MLS can reach Championship levels, at its worst League 2; so an average standard of League 1

red card changed the game, kind of a dive IMO but I'm an Austin FC fan.
@jaredpoulter67622 жыл бұрын
Maybe a dive, but I don't think there is a player in the league that wouldn't go to ground there feeling a hand in the back on a breakaway like that because if he gets the call it is a red card and maybe a pk.

If the TV panel of the score were made by a European, man of football, above the abbreviation ATX, there would simply be a small red card. 99% of football watchers would understand that this means sent off, but apparently for SOCCER fans you need to write a full sentence and a number, hilarious!))))
