At last Bolton started to find some attacking rhythm and could have put 6 past Shrewsbury.

@philicon353 well yeah it's not been a great start and to be fair I should imagine Shrewsbury are one of the favourites to go down. They barely survived last season. But still a wins a win.

Good win,although given our domination of the first half we need to be much better in the final third and much sharper at finishing. Too many passes around the outside of the box it is over intricate and we need to score from shots outside of the box ,not try to walk the ball into the net. Some decent performances but some players need to improve. We still looked vulnerable at times at the back against an average team. Early days though and with the squad we have we should be capable of getting a winning streak going.

Poor Shrewsbury team...so not much of a contest really..Wrexham and Charlton games are the real indicators where we stand...and we know how they went. We don't need 5 at the back ..not in league one. This game could of been used to try a back 4 out and beef up the midfield, play longer and win the second balls and get crosses in the box...just my opinion.

Great to win, but worrying that it took some shocking mistakes from the Shrews to actually get them.

Glad we won the game but we were given two goals with truly atrocious defending. We're not going to get goals given to us on a plate like that in the league. Unlucky with the two cleared off the line in the first half. We still look a bit tippy tappy to me though. Not ruthless enough.
