Firstly, Vanuatu have a population of 326,000, so how do you expect the stadium to be "world-class"?! Secondly, Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea have participated in the 2024 FIFA World Series. Vanuatu played the likes of: Guinea, Bermuda and Brunei, whilst Papua New Guinea played the likes of: Central African Republic, Bhutan and Sri Lanka. Do some research before you speak buddy...
