@@GNMbgThe fact that it’s accepted as part of the game is the problem. A team just giving up in a tie game with 20 minutes in regulation and not even attempting to win should be treated as a mockery to the competition, but yet your celebrating throwing in the towel in a tie game as legitimate way to play in a professional league when it’s the beginning of the season and nothing is at stake.

I watched the game live, but it was one of the worst viewing experiences I've ever had. DC United should be fined for their cowardly, disgusting and dishonorable way of playing. It should not be encouraged by the league as it only hinders its growth.

⁠@@nickfcarterDC United doing their best Neymar Jr impersonations from the 70th minute onward. The MLS should be giving out Oscar awards to the DC United players for their superb performances. It’s amazing that the only person who was fooled by what DC United was doing, was the one person who should have a better understanding of what was happening than anybody else and that would be the referees.
