As a fighter foot position is king. You always want your outside foot outside of your opponents. Watch this again and just watch the feet. It's amazing how he keeps outside position. But what separates him is how he uses the inside inferior foot position. He uses that to throw these amazing left hooks to the head and body which gives him max torque and power and follows it with putting his right foot to outside superior foot position. It's very fast but you can see him do this over and over in all his fights. It's really impossible to prepare for because the opponent wants the outside dominant foot position. Amazing.

Im pretty amazed about how Commey took those hits, got knocked down and still kept throwing good blows and resisting till the end. Loma, in the other, a pleasent boxer to see, real hi tech and a classy guy, like an olympic champion and good sportsman should be. Good for both of them.

Loma could have ended the fight, but he slowed down to showboat. After that he couldn't finish Commey off and lost the Chance of having another KO to his record. He took unnecessary extra punishment and left it to the judges to decide, which could've gone wrong though...

I blv he should, just to get used to the extra weight of opponents leaning, clinching etc.. esp men the height & weight of Fury, if he can get bouts against blokes around that height it has to help if he's to take on the likes of Tyson..he lays all over other boxers. Beating AJs one thing...Fury's awkward, rangy & definitely takes a punch. Holyfield said yrs ago it took a gd year or so to get used to Heavys wen he moved up. Best of luck to Usyk tho!

Loma at 126/130 was so dominant no “champion” wanted to risk their belts against him so he has moved up to 135lbs against monsters who are far larger and STILL puts on a display like this. People forget he should be at 126lbs! I hope he moves down to 130lbs if he can unify and beat haney for undisputed next year.. he only has around 2-3 years Maaaax of his prime. Maybe even 1-2. Hope we can see him at 130 again in his old form!! Maybe vs shakur!

A commey le ha faltado un par de aspectos criticos para lidair con zurdos, tendria que haber usado mas el ring y empujar mas, o bailar por el ring usando movilidad o ir hacia adelante estilo foreman , evander, siendo un poco guarro, no solo abrazar para sobrevivir. 2º Le ha faltado lidiar con Lomachenko buscando la espalda, colocar su pie tal como gira y empujarle porque cuando alguien esta haciendo el giro esta inestable, esta es una forma basica pero hay otras. 3º Usar amagos, tiraba el jab Commey y le pasaba vasyl por su izquierda buscandole la espalda. Tendria que haber amago los jabs, las manos derechas, y para los giros amagar el jab, pisar el exterior y un upper de izquierda le hubiese pillado a vasyl al menos unas veces y le habria quitado las ganas de lanzarse tanto. Se que es mas facil decirlo que hacerlo pero me enrabia que su esquina no se si le dijo algo porque vi los mismos puntos de principio a fin, es decir sin ningun ajuste de parte de Commey.

Big respect to Commey. He kept swinging with intent right until the very last. If Lopez hadn't got the early knock down in their bout, Commey would have caused him SERIOUS problems as the fight wore on because, unlike Lomachenko, Lopez would be there at the receiving end of Commey's punches.
