Wow, I had a break in, property was stolen, criminal damage to the property, and I was assaulted. I am a disabled 'older' woman, living alone. I could identify the perpetrator, I had photos and film footage from around my property showing evidence of the crimes taking place, and NOT ONE police officer had any interest to come here either before, during or after. I am in Devon. Derbyshire clearly have more police than they have need for, who are willing to turn up to a staged activity (by 3rd parties) 'in anticipation' of "criminal activity".

The security Dog Dept were disgusting and obviously have no regard for animal welfare. Pity RSPCA were not alerted or maybe action can still be taken as its on film. I would suggest this ' company' be spot checked to check on the care of these poor animals. We all know some cultures have low regard for animal welfare !

Yeah it’s the same corporate gang up and down the country; they have a text book approach, therefore you will alway know what they will do. They claim the security instrument signed by both parties is the agreement; here lies the problem there, if a binding contract is separated and not part of the same document then there is no agreement, you can’t poor a glass of water into a pool and expect to retrieve that exact glass of water.

Went to court on the Monday, the day after his arrest and the man arrested was released on bail. The police was using some livestream footage in the courtroom on this day to allege that it incriminates the man they had arrested regarding the alleged punch thrown. A new court date has been set and the man arrested will be using the livestream to show that he did not throw any punches. Other than this, the police stated in court that they was trying to trace two other people in relation to the incident. It was unusual in court, the cps don't normally visit the public gallery, but the cps did tell the judge that they wanted to visit the public gallery to visit the mans partner. CPS then left public gallery concerned about the man the police had arested and whether or not they had the right man was a matter of new concerns for the CPS in this matter. CPS apologised again to the judge and also stated that they would investigate further in this matter of concern.
