Finally a win. Evatt and Sharon etc still two faced but a win is a win. Thomason's first game as captain and we win. Always wanted Thomason as captain. Crawley away is a must win. I couldn't give a shit about Arsenal tbh. If we beat Arsenal, we beat them. If we lose to Arsenal, blessing in disguise.

Bolton Fan here - this game was shambolic for Bolton. I watched it in the Stadium - Nathan Baxter, Ricardo Santo both huge liabilities that gave away 2 goals. Thomason the new "Captain" was invisible 🫥 for 90 mins, Santos, Baxter & Cogley shouldn't have been on the pitch their output was pathetic. Needs Matheson Registering and playing instead of Cogley! Forino in for Santos & Southwood in for Baxter too! Okay result that is just papering over the cracks against a team that we should have thumbed without conceding.

I was at the game too and this is the worst take I've ever heard. Was a great performance by all the players, not sure what Baxter did wrong? Made a great save to keep the game at 3-1. Santos fair enough he gave away a penalty but overall had an okay game. You're just nitpicking at this point and trying to find a problem. Instead of enjoying a great game of football and a real improvement since the last 5 games. Get a grip.

@@tomwilson783 not nitpicking. Baxter was awful. 1 good save, doesn't mean he played well. He kept fannying around at the back, when that's what lead to issues against Huddersfield.
