Your hair looked lovely in the end. But in the beginning, you should applied more bleach and saturated the hair with it, it just wasn’t lifted enough for the toner to work.

Lisa Hodge ugh! Yes!! But I was so nervous the bleach was going to burn my hair to much 😂 but next time I feel brave to do it again I will. Thank you for watching ☺️

I loved your technique with the cap. Very informative for color correcting. I was afraid to do thick strands but not anymore. Your hair looks very pretty and natural.

Hi! Thanks for sharing your experience with highlights! I've watched some Brad Mondo videos though and I noticed some mistakes you made: first, you should have saturated the strands with bleach, second, given the orange tones you should have used a T14 toner, not a T18 toner.

I would have left the lightener in for about 60 minutes since you started with dark hair. This would help get past the brassy stage. PEACE

The toner did not work because your hair was not light enough

So if you could do it all over would you avoid applying the bleach to the root?
@YouHealthyMamas4 жыл бұрын
Ari yes! I would do it from half of my hair down. I definitely like it better that way! Thanks for watching 😊

Tip do not ever put heat to bleach and don’t apply bleach to your roots first x

Drives me nuts when people sound out of breath the whole time. And always making that sucking her dry mouth and smacking it noise. Ughhh so distracting. With is unfortunate because she did a great job.
