Hello from Germany, I am absolutely impressed. Only yesterday I found this club by chance while watching the women's Champions League match between Wolfsburg and Lyon. At first I thought I was wrong, but then I noticed that there is actually Ryan Raynolds and immediately did some research. I was then suggested a video of the women of Wrexham. It's nice to see what this club and their owners, but also the whole fans are doing. I will continue to follow the story and hope that you will soon be promoted to the next higher league. Sound got a lot better at the four minute mark. I was looking for the Mark/Neil commentary at the usual spot where I find it for the men's games, in the live match centre in a dark gray bar across the bottom of the red score board. I kept going back throughout the match but never did see it there. Finally found it under "The Club" menu as last item "Live Commentary." Watching the match on the Welsh Network on KZbin I could see Mark talking, but it was sad not to be able to hear him. At least I can experience it through the highlights. Next time I'll know where to find it. Great to hear Mark and Neil's live commentary on the Women's team!!!!!!!!

Opposition have their last names on the back of their shirts, but Wrexham women don't. Names on jerseys really help us to get to know the players. If anyone local sees this, please pass on the request for names on shirts for next year's women's uniforms. I live in Texas, USA, so I can't drop by the club.

Rosie Hughes is gonna be wanted by every top club. Her work rate, speed and passing was a class above the field. Super impressed with the game. Losing team goalkeeper was tremendous too.

I was at the match and I absolutely loved it. In my opinion of the Wrexham AFC vs Connah's Quay Nomads , I am going to slightly disagree with Player of the Match decision. Rosie Hughes certainly scored the winning goal for us and she was amazing but I think player of the match should have been Erin Lovett. When the Nomads were getting dangerously close, she was there to stop their attempts. She was also instrumental in getting the ball passed at the right moments, ensuring a positive direction on Wrexham's play. Her work rate was incredible. Still a brilliant game and a fantastic performance from all the team.

I have also wondered if anyone has given a thought to looking at Basketball players as potential goalies? Basketball players are in large VERY athletic. Their height and length would give them an enormous advantage in goal. There are tons of athletic and long 6'10 guys out there who are not quite good enough to make it in the NBA, football could be a new lease on life for them.
