Hi, I have been going back and forth on this particular color for months and months now. I am a pale one too. I prefer a neutral or cool leaning lighter brunette with neutral to cool blonde highlighting. i wore the new Belle Tress Sunkissed Almond R all summer and am transitioning to Toasted Walnut R for fall and winter. Now, here is my question to you. My coloring is a LOT like you and warmer brunettes, especially with reds/amber/caramel in them is not something that looks good on me. In your video you show this Highline color Lexie (this is not a Light Lexie right?) without your ring light and then with it. Now, from the viewer's perspective, which looks more like the actual color, without the ring light or with it? I know that using a ring light can change how a color is percieved by the viewer and a lot of people will show it in outdoor lighting to give the viewer the best look at what the actual color is. I have spent over 4K on 2 wigs that, when I received them in the mail, looked nothing like the promotional pics on the website. I then had to spend several hundred, dollars more to have them colored to suit me. I cannot afford to do that again, so getting the color right is #1 on my list. So, can you give me an idea of what looks more like the real color, ring light or no ring light? Thanks so much!! I run a few wig groups on FB in Canada and post all of your videos to my groups! I love your in depth reviews and honesty!

Ashley you are so great at styling. My HH wigs all dry wavy. They are typically minimally processed, but marketed as ethnic wigs. Do higher end wigs that are not Slavic dry straight? I notice that many you wear are processed with hi-lights and I am wondering if you straighten them too..

Thanks for the kind words. I'm not entirely sure that I understand the question- do you mean a specific type of hair like Brazilian, or just all higher end wigs? Some companies mark up and the hair quality isn't there, but most good retailers will disclose the origin of the hair and how it dries (straight, slight wave, wavy, etc.). Not sure if this answers your question, so please let me know if not

@@lifebeyondlocks I can see that your wigs are at a much higher price point than mine-lol! I buy from LuvMe wigs, and they never disclose type of hair or how it dries. I will get them silky straight and then they dry wavy. I can buy for as cheap as $125 and they last forever! Cheaper than synthetics, but I can wear black hair and the scalp is darker, but it is good enough against my olive skin. Most women can’t/ don’t want to wear super dark hair. I heard that Jon Renau and Amore HH WIGS also dry wavy even though they are advertised as straight. I was just wondering if more expensive wigs all dried wavy. Thank you for all your reviews❤️
