Here is the Special Grilled Fish for you… its recipe is one of the most tried and tested by Cookpad community. You can find this grilled fish recipe on the premium version of Cookpad popular recipe. It tastes great, the spicy sauce sambal is fresh and really yummy.
Personally, I prefer to eat it with Dabu-dabu sauce. And for the Dabu-dabu spicy sauce, I've uploaded the video here:

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 Gourami fish, at about 800 g.
Ingredients for the Marination
1 tbsp Lime Juice + ½ Salt, to taste.
Ingredients for the Sauteed Seasoning
3 pieces of Lime Leaves;
1 tsp Broth Powder;
3 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce;
125 ml water, about ½ cup Water;
1 tbsp brown sugar, finely grated;
A little salt, about ¼ tsp;
Oil-as needed, about 5 tablespoons for sauteing the Seasoning;
Ingredients for the Mashed Seasoning
1 tsp Coriander;
4 Candlenuts;
7 cloves of Shallot;
5 cloves of Garlic;
2 cm Ginger;
Additional Seasoning when Grilling the Fish
Sweet Soy Sauce-to taste, about 3 to 5 tablespoons;
The remaining spices’ leftover that have been sauteed;
Mix well those two ingredients.
Ingredients for the Sweet Soy Sauce Mixture
2 Red tomatoes, diced;
4 cloves of Shallot, roughly sliced;
6 to 15 pieces of red chili-to taste, cut into small pieces;
6 to 10 green chilies-to taste, cut into small pieces;
½ tsp lime juice;
Sweet soy sauce, about 150 to 180 ml, to taste.
