I personally fancy it to be neck and neck between United and City. They've had the 2 strongest transfer windows out of the top 6 sides, with managers who know how to win. United are rather sound defensively and have added much needed goals with Lukaku joining and Matic giving Pogba a more free role. City strengthening their defence was crucial, even though I think John Stones can slip up occasionally. What would happen if Lukaku or Aguero get injured like Rob said? Rashford and Jesus are obvious replacement but can't carry a side. Talks of Ibra returning for United which could make them close to unstoppable. All remains to be seen. Interesting season ahead

1st: Chelsea- good squad under a good manager 2nd: City- Shored up their defense but they signed a lot of players I dont think will do great in the prem 3rd: Arsenal- Finally picked up a striker and are reverting to the 3-4-3 which has seemed to work in the prem. Also Wenger has said that his main priority is the league 4th: United- They picked up some good players but their is something about how the team plays that makes me believe that 4th is their cap 5th: Liverpool- I dont think their sqaud depth will be good enough to carry on in both the pl and the ucl ( just look at the last time they were in the ucl) 6th: Everton- Picked up some great players and Koeman is a very good manager, one thing that makes me unsure about them is how they'll carry on without Lukaku's goals 7th: Tottenham- Moving to Wembley will make a huge negative impact on the squad. They've never performed well in Wembley and the loss of Walker will be made even bigger because of how Wembley is a bigger pitch and Trippier doesn't have the legs to preform there

The fact that so many people think Arsenal are going to finish 6th or 5th is laughable. Spurs lost Walker, might lose Rose and hasn't signed anybody. They're going to play at Wembley and we all saw how that worked out for them in the CL. Liverpool might lose Coutinho, their back 4 isn't good enough although they did sign salah. Not to mention both of them are going to play CL football with their Starting XI leaving less room for rotation whereas Arsenal are playing in the Europa League and can use their bench players. Arsenal also signed Lacazette, Kolasinac and are probably going to sign either Seri or Lemar.

I think a lot of people are underestimating this Arsenal side because last year when they signed Xhaka and Mustafi wasn't announced yet everyone was saying 'Arsenal with Mustafi and Lacazette has title winning abilities.' Well they now have Lacazette and Mustafi + Kolasinac and they haven't sold anyone important, while Chelsea, United and Spurs have. Arsenal are a force to be reckoned with this season I think
