One suggestion as someone who purchased a property before at hindi rin name-mention ng mga real estate agent vloggers. Mention sino yung mga service providers ng subdvision, like sino yung water, internet, electricity, and cable provider. Isa yan sa tinanong ko before purchasing my property.
