Haha, sick build man, did better than I thought it was going to do tbh, especially keeping them kinetic. To answer your question about the armour OC - Yes they do stack, and it can be a very frustrating but great build to try and get, you have to get the 100% armour overclock on both the minigun and bulldog but also take 0 reload on them, and as much fire rate as possible, so they fire extremely quickly then reload for a long time, so you get maximum use out of the OC - Great way to build a "tank", perhaps you'll test sometime, and add some more to it! :D
