So this was culture gala. Some kind of celebration fof Finland 100 years of independence.

The second singer, dark voiced (JP Leppäluoto) was the guy in Dark Sarah's video Trespasser. The performance was part of Finland's celebration (100 years of independence). This gala was for culture sector.

Finland is the most metal country in the world with little over 700 metal bands per 1M citizens. No other country comes even close. e.g. the U.S. has less than 70.

I just looked up the numbers, we're currently at 84,5 bands per 100k, Sweden and Norway used to be in split second place but now Iceland is in second place with 52,11, Sweden third with 51,94

Yesss! I love this video. 😁 JP, the dark-voiced one, is the true King (in my opinion). You might remember him as the Dragon from the Dark Sarah world. 😉 That second song in this medley, "Colder", is by his first band, Charon. He still plays it and a few other Charon songs as acoustic versions at his own shows. You should definitely check them out. And yes, Finland is amazing. I'm dying to go back.

A little bit suprising that it's not at leastr a bit more mainstream over there in Sweden, you guys do damn sure know how to rock too, you used to share second place on rthe list of most metal bands per capita with Norway, but now you are third and Norway dropped all the way down to fifth place 😮 But nevertheless I have alot of Swedish band that I love just as much as most finnish bands! So like I said, you damn sur do know how to rock over there too, in fact, while we may have a higher number of bands here, Im pretty sure you guys have a higher number of internationally sucsessfull bands

Northern Kings, Marco Hietala (Nightwish, Sinergy, Tarot, Sapattivuosi), Tony Kakko (Sonata Arctica), Jarkko Ahola (Teräsbetoni, AHOLA, ex-Dreamtale) ja Juha-Pekka Leppäluoto (Charon, Harmaja). Damn right, if you love metal, there's no better place than Finland, as previously stated, we have the most metal bands per capita in the entire world, and the level of quality of said bands are pretty damn high too, also, it is one of few if not the only place where metal isn't particurarely underground, I think it was Joachim from Sabaton who said in a video, Finland is one of few places where if some metal band release an album, they will blow the biggest pop artists out of the charts! Proud to be finnish! 🤘

I could see YLE reading in top left corner, it is Finnish National Television channel. And I am not sure but this might be so called "Nenäpäivä". Or noseday, to say it like it translates. It always has great artists and show collects money for Well to be drilled in Africa, for food, or simply to Finnish poor families with children. Once they raised money to new children's hospital That was actually build. So either it's so called noseday celebration or some other show that just happened.

Biggest and bet things fom Finland is Northern Kings, Children of Bodom, Beast in Black, Battle Beast, Ensiferum, Tarot, One morning left, Diablo, Mokoma, Stam1na and FM2000. Others are ok too but those are the best bands. Thank god Metallica is,not from here, they are really bad, they should have stopped at first album, nothing new and nothing has changed 🤮
