Stage presence and all that stuff wouldn’t have even been a concern back then. This was only originally posted for one reason and that was for their grandparents, nothing else. They posted this and went on vacation, when their dad turned on his cell when they got back home it was going crazy with all the notifications--the video was blowing up big time.

Hey Guys! This is their basement studio, known as "The Warning Cave". If you notice the windows to the left of Ale bass) they have their mixing board and Audio/Video equipment there. Opposite the band (behind the camera), the whole wall is mirrored, so they can also practice their stage movement. These young ladies were serious from the start, and have worked very hard to get where they are now. Now you should their new version, a reimagination of this song for the Metallica Blacklist album. Absolutely amazing! These sisters are future Legends!

In an interview, Dany said that she practiced the “James Hetfield Stank Face” before doing the recording. Her sisters complained because they wanted to practice the song and she was too busy making faces into the mirror! A suggestion: to see how far they have come, next do a back-to-back reaction-first ENTER SANDMAN WITH ALYSSIA CARA OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO…then immediately follow it in the same reaction with ENTER SANDMAN-Live at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX (the Metropolitan Theater in Mexico City). They recorded this in one take. No postpro, or dubbing from multiple takes. They practice and record from their basement studio The Warning Cave. Alejandra has only been playing bass 2 years and they have only been playing together for 2 years at this time. Their stage presence is something they consciously worked and they still do. The wall in front of them is a floor to ceiling mirror so they can see themselves. I suggest the hat trick of their Enter Sandman recordings with their ES rearrangement for the Blacklist album in collaboration with Alessia Cara and then their live performance at the Teatro Metropolitan.

Fun facts: After this went viral, they were invited to the Ellen Degeneres Show, where she and Target (stores) awarded them each a $10K scholarship to attend the prestigious Berklee School of Music summer music program. Ale and Pau were technically too young to attend, but got waivers based on their video covers. One of the things they learned there was how to improve their actual stage performance. This basement rehearsal room (The Warning Cave) now has a full wall mirror opposite them, so they can see how they look when they perform. 😎👍

Check out the concert they did at their school. They were even younger than when they did this song. They actually did Hysteria by Muse which has a really hard bass line and Ale nails it. Note that it is back where they played a lot of covers.

re: 2014 *Enter Sandman* cover : for a trio, much less a young trio, this is fantastic! slightly different but a full wall of sound filled with raw power and grit... the child's prayer with Pau (drums) and Ale (bass) is beautiful and takes me back to my own youth and bedtimes with one of my parents coaching me along... the power of Pau on the drums, Ale's driving bass line, and Dany rocking out on guitar with her James Hetfield scowl are... whoa! then you think who needs two guitars when you have one Dany? 😹 also, i'll note that the wall behind the camera is a full mirror so all the girls can see themselves playing... this was done so they could work on their stage presence... the wall on Ale's (bass) side also has a window into the equipment side of their studio known as "The Warning Cave" or "The Cave" for short... they were 14 (Dany on guitar), 12 (Pau on drums), and 9 (Ale on bass) when this was recorded... yes! this is where they went viral, out of the blue! 10 years ago... i mean 🤯 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

This is the first of three versions worth seeing. The next is the music video of their REMAKE of the song that is on Metallica's *Black List* album. It is a collaboration with Alessia Cara of Canada. It is VERY different and interpretive, and the video is gorgeously creepy. Then there is the live version at Teatro Metropolitan in August, 2022. That one is darker, nastier, heavier! There is a version they did live with Alessia at the Troubadour in L.A., but that is my least favorite. Your opinion may vary...
