are those ticks on the deer?

Hazztech no I think they are rubbed spots where the deer scrape with their antlers. Ticks are way smaller than that.

My dad grew up in Ohio and he said when he was there the deer population wasn't as high.

Do they feed the deer corn ? Do they buy the corn or grow their own ? I'm really interested. If the deer are feed Record Rack, the cost of that must be astronomical
