Saeko (Black hair girl) has been studying Kendo with her father since she was a child, Hirano (Fat dude) is actually a rich otaku who had firearms training from a former Delta squad member while he lived in America for a bit, Rei (Orange hair girl) I guess learned how to use a bayonet from her mother who was a former all female gang member I think (something to do with gangs) or her father who was a cop I believe, & the rest just do whatever to survive. The only other member in their group to have any sort of non combat training is their medic, who was their school nurse. (Blonde Big booby lady)

And this drama was also a big hit from Japan in early 2000s. And many japanese called him 'Yonsama' [よんさま] After this drama aired in Japan, this makes the many reference from japanese media and animes. (Like this one.) But If this is a reference or not, this scene is kinda feel bad. I searched H.O.T.D on the internet and this anime's original writer was Sato Daisuke who is also a right wing .
